Contacting the workshop
This website has no contact form, customer accounts or online payments. You can call, email or open WhatsApp. When you contact us, you may provide your name, contact details, vehicle registration number and information about the work required. These details are needed to answer your enquiry or discuss an appointment or quote. Only send information needed for your enquiry.
For questions about retaining or deleting your correspondence, contact us at the email address above. This website notice does not cover separate customer, staff or invoicing records.
Cookies and language preference
The website uses Shipit Cookie Consent to record your cookie preference. The cookie shipit_consent stores this choice for up to 365 days. Polylang handles language selection.
You can reopen your preferences using the cookie button at the bottom of the screen. You can also delete stored cookies through your browser. For logged-in administrators, WordPress also uses cookies for sign-in and administration.
Statistics and advertising measurement
If you allow statistics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, page language and clicks on phone, WhatsApp and email links. This helps us understand how visitors use the website.
If you also allow marketing, we use Google Ads click data to connect advertising clicks to those visits and contact clicks. Ad-click identifiers are sent only with this additional permission.
Google receives technical measurement data, such as page addresses, the referring website, browser information and cookie identifiers. The connection also sends technical information to Google, including your IP address.
We do not add names, email addresses, telephone numbers, vehicle registrations, form field values or message contents entered by you to these measurement events. A contact click does not record whether a conversation or booking takes place.
These statistics and advertising measurements start only after you give the corresponding permission. You can decline them and still use the website and contact options. Use the cookie button to change your choice or withdraw permission.

Google Maps and external links
The map on this website loads automatically through Google Maps to help you plan your route to the workshop. Google receives technical connection information, including your IP address. Your use of Google Maps is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.
WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok open only when you select a link. You then leave this website, and the service processes data under its own privacy policy. Fonts and workshop photographs are loaded from our own website.
Technical data
When you visit, the web server processes technical request data to deliver the pages, including your IP address, the requested URL and browser information. Hosting and security logs may contain this data. Contact us if you would like information about your data in these logs.
Your privacy rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. Depending on the processing and the legal conditions, you may also request restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. Email your request to info@hollandsetruckservice.nl. Do not send a copy of your identity document unless asked.
